Sapling

One day , a boy planted a sapling . He named it ' Relationship ' . He kept it in such a way that it was always facing the shine of his Care .

Everyday , unfailingly , he dispensed the water of his Warmth into it . He bought a special manure called  ' Time ' and spent a lot of it in nurturing the Relationship .

When Relationship started growing , it grew leaves of Friendship , Love , Affection , Solidarity , Closeness , Concern .It kept growing strong and beautiful . Nothing prevented it from flourishing .

But later , for some reasons , boy's attention kept diminishing . He thought Relationship was well strong now , it could withstand everything .      

He was wrong .  Relationship became weak , all the leaves withered , it lost its strength  and eventually died .      

Boy returned one day and was astonished to see what had happened . He realized at that moment - ' Relationship was strong because he kept it strong. Nothing else . '

Significance : - Relationships are hard to build and they are even harder to sustain . Either don't make them or don't break them .
